In this section we have broken down the entire procedure of our 2 way Meet and Greet Valet Service, from Booking online to the return of your vehicle to help you understand what to expect of our service.
Place a parking reservation with us by simply following the below step by step guide:
Step 1. You can book online by filling out our online booking form. If you want to place a last minute booking, over the phone please call 0844 995 4995.
Step 2. On the day of your departure please give us a call on our 24/7 Airport service number 0777 220 0089, 20 minutes prior to your arrival, this is so that we can arrange for one of our chauffeurs to meet you upon your arrival.
Step 3. Make your way to the relevant terminal (For directions please refer below to Meeting Place For Departures)
Step 4. The chauffeur will take a maximum of five minutes in making a quick assessment of your vehicle that includes mileage or any pre-existing damage and will ask you to sign the condition report form.
Step 5. After signing the condition report form, you are free to proceed to the check-in. Your vehicle will then be immediately transferred to the company’s car park.
Step 1 On your return please give us a call only once you have collected all your luggage and we will arrange for one of our drivers to bring your vehicle to the Short-Stay Car Park.
Step 2 The Driver will meet you at the lifts and escort you to your vehicle. Here you will be asked to fully inspect your own vehicle.
Step 3 Once you have satisfactorily checked over your vehicle and ensured all is in order our representative will hand over your keys and ticket. Proceed to the exit and ensure you have paid for your ticket.

0 to 30 min: £3.00
After 30 Minutes: Normal airport tariffs apply
Note: Please be aware that we may be required to move your vehicle to any one of our car parks. Anticipated mileage can be between 8-20 miles
NORTH TERMINAL: On entering the terminal follow the signs for Short-Stay Car Park and take a ticket at the barriers and go to Car Park 6 (Second Multi-storey Car Park on the right), proceed to level 6. Park in an available space and go to the lifts; where one of our representatives will be awaiting your arrival.
SOUTH TERMINAL: After entering the South Terminal follow the signs for Short-Stay Car Park and take a ticket at the barriers and go to the Orange Car Park (last Multi-storey Car Park on the left), proceed to level 5. Park in an available space and go to the lifts. One of our representatives will be awaiting your arrival.
