In this section we have broken down the entire procedure of our 2 way Meet and Greet Valet Service, from Booking online to the return of your vehicle to help you understand what to expect of our service.
Step 1 Place a parking reservation with us by following a few simple steps. You can do this by filling out our online parking booking form. If you want to place a last minute booking, please call our 24/7 hotline.
Step 2 On the day of your departure, just give a call to our 24/7 airport service number 0777 220 0089, 20min prior to your arrival. So that we can arrange one of our chauffeurs to meet you when arrive.
Step 3 Drive to the passenger drop off area at the terminal building where you will meet our company’s appointed chauffeur for collect you vehicle and take it to our private car park.
Step 4 The chauffeur will take a maximum of five minutes in making a quick assessment of your vehicle that includes mileage or any pre-existing damage to and will ask you to sign the condition report form.
Step 5 After signing the condition report form, you are free to proceed to the check-in. Your vehicle will then be immediately transferred to the company’s car park.
Step 1 On your return please give us a call once you have collected your luggage and we will arrange for our driver to bring your vehicle to the passenger drop.
Step 2 Now that you have got your vehicle back, you will be asked to sign the form stating that you have got your vehicle back in the same condition as you left it.
Step 3 After signing the receipt of your vehicle, our representative will hand over the keys to you.
Note: Please be aware that we may require to move your vehicle to any one of our car parks. Anticipated mileage can be between 8-20-miles
NORTH TERMINAL: On entering the North Terminal stay on the lower level following signs for passenger drop off point and park at the far end opposite the Premier Inn.
SOUTH TERMINAL:After entering the terminal, stay in the lower level lane follow signs for passenger drop off. Drive to the far end and park on your left hand lay-by.
